I went to get gas this morning and saw this drain as I passed by. One drain overfilled 1 five gallon bucket. This is disgusting 🤮. Can't we expect more from people. The city of Salisbury needs to crack down on littering. I just drove by the Acme Center and there is a homeless person sleeping on a rigged bed with a shopping cart overflowing with belongings. This cannot be acceptable. There has to be a way to help our continually growing homeless population. They cannot be allowed to trash every area they go. I feel for them but all across our country this is happening. Billions of dollars flows into this problem with no real results except excuses.
